"Ross knows pellet stoves very well. He is able to diagnose the cause of the problem, then quickly make repairs and have the stove up and running. His prices are fair and he is a honest person to deal with. The Stove Doctor can cover it all; advice, new stoves, install, parts & service, and pellets. This is a great local business. Thanks for the help with my pellet stove."

"I bought a pellet stove from Ross (the stove doctor ) ten years ago.every couple of years I take the stove to him to go thru, he does an awesome job every time. This year was no different. After I got the stove back, I started to use my stove and my son thought that he would see if rocks burn. After I could not unstuck the debris out of the auger,Ross came out and was able to get it out and also made sure that the motor was not harmed. Great customer service. Thanks Ross!"
