"When our 20 year old pellet stove finally quit I called Ross and he immediately found us a new one. It's the perfect fit for our house and we couldn't be more pleased with it. It's high quality and efficient. Ross was very helpful and followed up on our purchase to make sure we were satisfied with it. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. Outstanding Service
"We purchased a Vist Flame pellet stove from Ross way back ( 12 yr's ago). Ross, many times, over the phone helped us maintain the stove which was run very hard. We finally had to retire that stove. At time of replacement (2020) we again called Ross whom fixed us up with prompt service again! Ross is the true Stove Doctor in every since of the word! Thank you Ross....your a true gentleman and scholar! Best Don"

"Ross knows pellet stoves very well. He is able to diagnose the cause of the problem, then quickly make repairs and have the stove up and running. His prices are fair and he is a honest person to deal with. The Stove Doctor can cover it all; advice, new stoves, install, parts & service, and pellets. This is a great local business.
