Outstanding Service

"We purchased a Vist Flame pellet stove from Ross way back ( 12 yr's ago). Ross, many times, over the phone helped us maintain the stove which was run very hard. We finally had to retire that stove. At time of replacement (2020) we again called Ross whom fixed us up with prompt service again! Ross is the true Stove Doctor in every since of the word!
